By using utilitywatt.com or the Utility Watt web platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Utility Watt provides automated energy contract decoding, tracking algorithms, and pacing notifications based on the information you provide (such as your Electricity Facts Label) and data pulled via Smart Meter Texas.
2. Billing & Subscription Tiers
Access to the full utility tracking dashboard requires an active subscription. You choose between a Monthly Plan at $4.99/month or an Annual Plan at $39.99/year. If a promotional referral code (e.g., UTILITYWATT50, POWER50, SAVE50TEXAS) is successfully applied, your billing cycle credits will adjust accordingly based on active promo rules. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
Utility Watt is an independent data analysis tool. We are not an electric provider (REP) or a utility grid operator. While our algorithms aim for 100% precision based on your contract inputs, your final official bill is issued strictly by your utility provider. We are not responsible for any plan penalties incurred due to sudden household usage changes or data lag from the utility grid.
